fourth

The fouth of July was a little different for us this year.  Originally we had planned to be in Lander to celebrate with our friends.  That fell through :(  So we decided to come to St. George and then head back to Las Vegas.  Randy and my dad went for a bike ride.  We took a nap and then ate some Texas Roadhouse.  We saw Grandma&Grandpa Denter and then headed out.  It was fun because we were able to see fireworks the whole way down.  Each town had their own show and we were able to watch a bunch.  Coming into the Las Vegas area was incredible.  The whole city was sparkling.  It was so fun to watch.

We've been living together for almost a month.  It's been amazing.  I've especially enjoyed having a second set of hands at bedtime and dinner.  We joke that we were separated for four months and have recently gotten back together.  I think it's an easier coping mechanism than dealing with some of the darker emotions that came with our being apart.  I love my boys and can easily find something everyday to be grateful about.  But it was tough. 

I'm hoping to get back on track with our blog by the new year, which means a lot of posts.  Hopefully.
