Grandpa Brown

Grandpa Brown passed away around 4 this morning.  

The funeral will be this next Tuesday.

I love him so very much.

Happy French Fry Day

So we went to the BP today 

and got some of their famous french fries.

We were very satisfied with the end result.

Laughed at this french fry art.

I was apprehensive

about the sweet potato fry,

but it changed my life, for the better.

All in all we had a good day.

And probably with millions of others 

around the world enjoyed

School Applications

For the past several months, I have been trying to decide what I wanted to do with my life. Lin has been such a great help in helping me explore my options. The first question of course is what I want to do? I had dreamed as a child to be a Conservation Officer and help those small animals.
Then my horizons were broadened, and I was helped in realizing that there is so much more out there. SO we decided to apply to many colleges and see where we could be accepted (I say "we" because it is a combined effort).

Today, we sent off our last application. I suppose there could be more but as of today, it is the last one.

Now that the school thing is taken care of, I need to start thinking more seriously about a career. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful lady friend hound dog to help and support me.

Hunter Safety Grad

On Thursday I took the written part of my Hunter Safety exam. I missed one-something about shotguns and what you can and can't kill with them. And last night I did the shooting portion of my Hunter Safety, and I had one stray bullet, so I passed with flying colors. This morning Randy and Merrijane put us in for Big Game Tags. We'll see how it goes.

I'm hoping to get this one.

But I'll probably end up with him :)

So I forgot my ring in the shower.

And then I'd taken off my watch.

Bad idea.

It threw off my groove.

8. Graduated from BYU/Applied for Assoc. Graduation
9. Finished the Book of Mormon together
10. Try and have FHE weekly

I think that it would be fun
and entertaining.

I hate Mondays. . .

I guess they aren't the normal Monday,
especially on Saturdays.

But I feel so sad every time
I have to come back to work
after spending all day with Randy.


I just miss seeing him all the time.


Making funny faces together.
Laughing at each others jokes.
Watching him spill milk on his shirt.
Hanging out with friends.
Learning important life lessons together.

I got the shoes first, but they were too big.

Then the vase next. And then the BYU bag.

I am so lucky to husband who thinks of me while passing the free-for-all-table, even if the shoes are size 12
and a little sticky on the inside. :)

They include: Randy lets me drive the truck to work. . . . I fell in love with his curls . . . he likes to snuggle. . . he takes me shooting . . . he's always willing to share DP with me . . . he is a great son, Uncle, brother and husband . . .
and he is so generous. He likes to share a pork salad, torilla on the side with extra rice and no beans Cafe Rio salad. Don't forget extra shredded lettuce and extra pico and limes. Yum. I have a wonderful husband and can't wait to give him my list. . .
